Can you email me the payroll reports instead of mailing them?
Of course! We encourage companies to choose our paperless option. If we are not printing any checks for your company (everyone is Direct Deposit) we can set you up for Paperless Payroll and take the Postage Fee off your bill. If you would still like to have a Paper Copy we can do that as well (the Postage Fee would remain in this case).
How do I submit my employee’s hours?
We provide a Payroll Worksheet in your payroll package that you can fill out and fax to us. We also have a Time & Attendance system that integrates with our payroll software. We can access this via the internet and pull the hours from there.
Other alternative ways to submit your hours: Fax, Email, or Phone-In.
All these methods must be submitted no later than 2 days prior to your check date.
